Publisher Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully the following terms of our ad network.

Eligibility

• Only Indian websites with good quality content, offering information or services targeted mainly for Indians worldwide. 
• Your site(s) should get at least 100 page views per day and at least 70% Indian visitors from India/Worldwide.
• You will NOT be eligible to join if your site promotes any of the following:
  • Adult content or porn pictures or vulgar language or dating or personals.
  • Celebrity or Actress or Model pictures or Hot or Sexy pictures.
  • Unauthorized Live TV, Movies, Music, MP3 and Software downloads or Rapid share links etc.
  • Illegal, violence, offensive content, gambling, hacking or unlawful activities.
  • Discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, disability, sex or age.
  • Sites with no content related to India or Indians.
  • Unregistered sites, invalid sites, or sites not functioning.
• Your site may not be approved even if we don't have suitable Ads for your site. In that case we will contact you in the near future.
• AdsForIndians reserves the right to reject any applicant if the submitted site is not suitable for our ad network.
• Click Fraud Protection implemented:
  • Your own clicks will NOT be accounted.
  • Your clicks must be consistent with your traffic.
  • All impressions must originate from your site only. Pass through third party ad servers not allowed.
  • Only quality clicks will be accounted. i.e. Ads just clicked and closed immediately will not be accounted.
  • If too many clicks received within a brief period from one IP address, all those clicks will be removed.
  • AdsForIndians reserves the right to protect our advertisers from fake and invalid clicks.

Signup

• It's very simple and easy to signup in our Ad Network online.
• Upon receiving your application, we will notify the status of your application.
• If your application is approved, you will receive our welcome email and the password to access your account on our Ad Network.
• Multiple accounts by the same person or company will not be allowed on our network.
• The same publisher account can be used for advertising also.
• Upon approval of your publisher account, please enter all your new site names in "Approved Sites" page to get approval. Usually sites will be approved within 24 hours time during the work days. Do not apply for another publisher account.
• You should not place our ads on unapproved or rejected sites.

Payments

• Payments will be made by 10th of the month if your balance due was at least Rs. 800/- at the end of last month. 
• You must update your profile with your current address, bank account info for online payment.
• Verify your account info in your profile monthly once, before receiving your payment.
• Payments will be done online via RBI's NEFT inter bank fund transfer to your bank account in India. Your bank account should have been enabled to accept the third party payments, to avoid rejection by your bank.
• AdsForIndians NOT not be responsible if you have entered incorrect bank account info in your profile.
• Online Payments will be made if you have an account in one of the following:
  • Paypal.com for NRIs
  • ICICI Bank
  • State Bank of India
  • Other banks in India, if accepting Inter-bank fund transfers via RBI-EFT.
• Payment eligibility: Online payment will be made when your balance payable is at least Rs.800/-. If the balance is less than the minimum balance, it will be carry forwarded to the following month.
• Payment by paper cheque or Demand draft will not be supported to avoid manual errors. Only bank payments through online transfer will be made to your bank account directly at free of charge.
• You can update your payment details after your application has been accepted.
• Payments will be done automatically to your account details given in your profile. You must update your profile with the latest account details. We won't be responsible for any kind of account errors made by you. You must verify the account number, bank name, branch, place, etc.
• If you terminate your account for any reasons, we will pay your balance amount only if it is minimum Rs.800.
• So, if you would like to terminate, please do so only after your payment crosses the minimum payment.
• Note: The online payment transfer will be subject to the availability of your bank's online payment service at the time of payments. Sometimes the bank's website may not be functional or some features won't be available due to some problem. AdsForIndians won't be responsible for the delay in making payments due to the bank delays.

General Terms

• You and we are independent parties, and nothing in this partnership will create any business partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between us.
• Either of us may terminate this partnership at any time for any reason, by giving the other party written notice of termination by email.
• Our partnership terminates when you abandon your account, i.e. if you remove our Ads from your website for more than a month, or if you never logged into your account in the past 90 days, or never met the minimum daily traffic of 100 ad impressions. Balance will not be payable to you if you abandon your account and if your balance was less than the minimum payment..
• You must place our Ad blocks as it is, without altering our code. Every click to our Ad Network will be verified for validity.
• You must register all you websites in your profile before placing our Ads on those sites in "Approved sites" page.
• You should not place our ad blocks on unregistered or rejected sites.
• You should not ask or force your visitors to click on our Ads by using any techniques to generate income.
• You must not add any kind of captions around our Ad blocks such as "Click on the Ads to continue or support".
• You should not offer any kind of revenue sharing with your visitors for clicking on our Ads.
• Blog sites are allowed to place our Ads only on their home pages. Ad blocks should not be placed inside the password protected pages. 
• If proven that you are using the Click fraud by any means to generate income, your account will be terminated immediately without any pay. And no further discussions will be entertained. And you will be responsible for the loss for the invalid clicks generated by you. 
• Your account or site is subject to deactivation if the quality of traffic is very poor from your site.
• Our partnership terminates when you stop displaying our Ads on your website or if you abandon your account. When you terminate the partnership by yourself, the outstanding balance will not be paid.
• Inactive Account Deactivation: If you have removed our ads from your site consecutively for one week, your account will be deactivated permanently and you will loose your earnings. Then you will have to re-apply for a new publisher account. In case you want to remove our ads temporarily for any valid reasons please inform us by email in advance. Otherwise you can drop out immediately after receiving your payment. Our ads must be visible on your site at the time of making payment to you.
• Upon the termination of this membership for any reason, you will immediately cease use of our banners or links or widgets on your web site.
• At the time of payment, our ad blocks must be clearly visible on all your approved websites with us.
• AdsForIndians reserves the rights to display the Ads of any or all our clients including your competitors on your website using ad rotation techniques. We will display both Text ads and static/animated banner ads on your sites

• AdsForIndians will continue to improve the service to serve you better. Occasionally there may be a technical problem or issue with our ads or service due to high traffic or system upgrade/maintenance.
• We will try to resolve the technical issues as soon as possible with high priority and make sure our service is error-free.
• If you find any problems with our ads or service, you must immediately report to support@adsforindians.com and discuss your issues with us. Please give us an opportunity and allow reasonable time to fix your issues.
• You should not post or reproduce our reports or screenshots of our website on any other site without our written permission.
• Kindly do not publish any negative comments or blogs about our network without discussing your issues with us.
• Generally problems will be very specific to your site only, such as incorrect ad widget, site relevant ads, No ad inventory, etc.
• Assuring you 100% satisfaction with our service if you discuss with us and follow our guidelines.

Privacy

• Your personal information provided in your profile will not be shared or given to any third parties.
• We will use your information for correspondence purposes only.
• You must update your profile with your Tax id or PAN number, in case the Tax deduction at source (TDS) is applicable to you. If your payments cross Rs.20,000 in a year, TDS will be deducted from your payments as per the regulations.
